Shipments and returns
Maison du Savon de Marseille undertakes to make deliveries of the ordered items within a maximum of thirty days of payment processing.
The average delivery time for available items is 4 to 21 days after payment processing. However, delivery times are only indicative and any delays may give the customer the right to cancel the sale.
CHOOSE CONSTRAINT-FREE DELIVERY WITH SO COLISSIMO
Your package is given to your mailbox.
If impossible, your package will be made available to you in the post office to which you are attached.
This gives you 10 working days from the arrival of your package at the post office, to pick it up.
After this period, it will be returned to the sender.
In any case, you are informed by email 24 hours before delivery of your package.
Get delivered directly to one of the 10,000 La Poste collection points of your choice!
Now with So Colissimo, you can choose the La Poste collection point (post office, delivery agency...) to which you want to be delivered (without prior passage of your postman at home).
You will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and email, with a collection voucher allowing you to pick it up at the collection point. La Poste within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to the sender
Get delivered to a merchant near your address!
With So Colissimo, you can choose one of the 4,200 merchants in the PICKUP network, Groupe La Poste, near your home, place of work or vacation, to which you want to be delivered.
You will be informed of the availability of your package by email. You have 10 working days to pick it up.After this time, your package will be returned to the sender.
DELIVERY WITH SO COLISSIMO, SHIPPING RATES IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE
Shipments are made by post. For a shipment to Metropolitan France (including Monaco), the shipping and packaging costs are a minimum amount of €3.90, the shipment is made in colissimo.
Delivery is free from €69 of purchases in metropolitan France with delivery methods: Post Office and My Merchant.
Items can be exchanged or refunded.
The return or refund request must be made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the items.
Returned products must reach us in perfect condition in their original packaging.
In the case of a new order of less than the initial amount, the customer will receive a check as soon as receipt of the request as a refund of the difference.
The shipping costs of the exchange, return and new shipment, are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be made subject to the less of the flat-rate costs of processing the order.

To make an online return:
- log in to your personal account,
- go to the order history,
- click on the order concerned (the status of your order must be specified "delivered")
- Select the product(s) you want to return and specify a pattern
- Click on "return product".
Once your request is accepted by our services, you will receive an email with your return form. You can then print it and attach it to your package.
