Jute bag of Marseille soap flakes – Vegetal (500 g)

Marseille soap shavings containing olive oil are the ideal choice for washing delicate clothes such as silk and satin.  Recipe for doing the laundry with Savon de Marseille. Place the Marseille soap shavings in a bucket. Heat 2 litres of water and pour the water into the bucket; stir using a wooden spoon. Add baking soda to your mixture and mix again. Leave to stand for 24 hours. The lye solution will gel together and create a soap block. Do not worry, this is normal! Add 1 l of cold water and mix in. Make sure you mix it thoroughly until the mixture is smooth. You can also add a few drops of essential oil if you want. Using a funnel, pour your homemade washing liquid into a can or container. Make sure you shake the can vigorously before each use so that the washing liquid is homogenised. Use the equivalent of 1 capful in each wash, just like you would with a normal detergent. Indispensable pour ma lessive maison ! Juste une remarque, pourquoi ne pas le conditionner dans un emballage hermétique ? Car la toile de jute laisse passer les micro-paillettes de savon.
